Solution & Impact
Tropikal Resort is the biggest resort in Durres and one of the first complex tourism structures in Albania. It used to have an old html website, not updated and unresponsive.
-Storytelling and the concept: Developing the family resort concept based on “home feeling, with space and facilities for children. It features all facilities of child friendly resort.
-Art & Photography. Collaborating with a photographer in setting and styling the rooms for each photo shoot and taking new, high quality and professional photos for all rooms
-Website design and development – we built a new responsive website with booking engine where prices and room availability are regularly updated and payment is possible via PayPal.
Furthermore, we have managed all OTA presence, marketing and reputation, responding to client reviews and solving issues among OTA and Clients. We have also managed social media and paid marketing; The hotel has 53 K fans in Facebook and 22.5 K in Instagram as of December 2021.
